The app itself is intuitive with drivers responding to your request within moment’s notice. All you need to do is inputting your pick up point and destination, setting all delivery details and waiting for a minute or two. Soon, a driver will ring you and a van will pop up normally within 15 min. You can choose to ride on the van with your goods or not. Nice app and good service! Most drivers are friendly. App Recommended to other Hong Kongers.
About the Delivery Service

I recently had a frustrating experience with the delivery service. The app itself never provided an option to choose a delivery method, so I had to call the delivery provider to confirm. It turns out the courier was on foot, and he certainly took his time. I chose this service for a reason: there was an emergency regarding the package I needed to deliver. Unfortunately, the package arrived way too late, rendering the service ineffective by the time it arrived.My main point is about the app's inability to allow users to select their carrier. Given that I'm paying the same amount for this service, I would definitely prefer someone with a motorcycle to handle urgent deliveries. However, both delivery options seem to cost the same, with no choice provided. It doesn’t make much sense, and I believe GoGox should consider separating these delivery methods into different service options. Overall, the service feels quite confusing.

As a frequent user, it is a quick and easy service to engage - drivers are constantly polite and help and vehicles are always clean, For short or long trips the service fees are extremely competitive- I would recommend customers to always offer the highest tip level as a mark of respect for the professional drivers and the remarkable service provided

The service is fine as always but the app has one major flaw. Every time I change to another app (say WhatsApp to check on delivery details or chat with someone else) and then change back, I have to re enter all the delivery details all over again! How frustrating!Make an option to save delivery orders or stop the app from resetting every time I change to another app.
