Machine under maintenance.

I booked a car wash for 12:40. Was told machine was under maintenance and I was entitled to a refund. Went to the shop around 8pm opening hours advertised was 12-9pm and shop was closed. No refund.

Update: Peony from the shop was kind enough to refund me promptly and offer me a discount next time. Haven’t actually tried the wash yet, but the customer service is good!

App keeps crashing

Every time I try to enter the OTP the app crashes I have tried to uninstall and reinstall, but the problem persists. So unfortunately, I’m on able to use this company as the app is the only way to make a booking.
