【JOOX VIP家庭套餐自動訂閱服務說明】
1、權益和價格：
連續包月家庭套餐（1個月）：103港幣/195泰銖/74000 IDR/123000 IDR/19.5 MYR/25.9MYR；
●權益：購買JOOX連續包月會員後可享受JOOX會員權益（如：暢聽全曲庫歌曲，無廣告打擾，使用SQ無損音質，下載歌曲以及榜單投票等權益）。
●價格：購買包月的IAP商品後可享受JOOX會員權益

2.自動續費：
購買連續包月會員、連續家庭套餐連續包月的帳號，會在每個月到期前24小時，自動在iTunes賬戶扣費並延長1個月會員有效期。

3.關閉服務：
如需取消訂閱，請手動打開iOS的“設置” -->進入“iTunes Store 與 App Store”-->點擊“Apple ID”，選擇"查看Apple ID"，進入"賬戶設置"頁面，點擊“訂閱”，選擇豪華綠鑽自動續費取消訂閱即可。如未在訂閱期結束的至少24小時前關閉訂閱，此訂閱將會自動續訂。

【JOOX VIP自動訂閱服務說明】

1. 訂閱服務：JOOX VIP連續包月（1個月）、JOOX VIP連續包季（3個月）、JOOX VIP連續包年（12個月）
2. 訂閱價格：連續包月產品每月40元，連續包月產品每月68元，連續包月產品每月98元，連續季產品每季98元，連續包月產品每月129元，連續包月產品每月199元，連續年產品每年353元。
3. 自動續訂：每個計費週期到期前24小時內，iTunes帳戶將自動扣款，相應訂閱服務的會員時長將相應延長。

Cannot find my personal monthly playlist

I enjoy using Joox a lot but I think there’s still room to improve such as finding the generated monthly personal playlist. I know there’s notifications but if I accidentally click close for the pop out notification in the main screen, I cannot find it anymore. Can u just figure out a way that users can check their personal playlist every month? Thanks

The monthly playlist also can be found in your notification box, you can click the bell figure on the right top in JOOX main page.

Songs playing problem

Hello
I’ve been using this app for listening songs for a long time. It’s a good app but I had found that there is sone errors occurred in while I am listening my favourite songs. It jumps to other song automatically when I was listening apart of one song. I thought it was my problem whether is my ear phone nor is sth wrong. I also had try to log-out and log- in for a few times. However, it still is happening.
I hope that my problem will not be ignored and the problem can be solved. This app, I love so much and accumulated amounts of my love songs inside, is one of my favourite apps which I don’t want to change.

Very bad CS

i complained twice through apps and even capture my problems, CS also cannot and not willing to solve the problems for and just ignored me at the end when they cannot solve. Always turn it's my problem but not theirs. Answered me without trying themselves. When i proved by capture, they ignored my message.
They show album cover of other singers when no pictures of the songs. This already got a copyright issue.
After you delete the songs in the downloaded song list, it can still come out when playing songs by using your data. CS only replied, " just turn off the data of your phone, then no data will be used while playing deleted songs and the songs will be skipped while it appears." Well~ is it the way to soling problems? is my phone only for listening songs?
