How can the app be this bad?
Almost every month i come to Macau a few times and try to use the app, it is a pile of crap. iPhone, iPad iPad Pro no matter, all bad. One time I got it to work sitting in the lobby only to realise at the gate 5 minutes later it had reversed the flight. The staff could see the problem and still charged me to fix the ticket! It’s an embarrassment
really need improvement of this app
I have spent half and hour but still could not purchase any tickets through this app !!!!
ps. It doesn’t show all the options of credit cards
Cannot fill in email address
There is limitation on the input of email address. It doesn’t make any sense. So I can’t buy a ticket if my email address is too long???? Please fix this
