The app not working properly
The app does not load up properly. It’s saying there is no internet connection and does not allow the user to log in. I tried various methods with/without wi-fi.
The company should really update the version of the app so it can be used again.
Such a bad app for a big company like this
This app is really aged and very slow, also it direct to different payment method when purchasing ticket. Useless app and not user friendly at all.
Apps fail to work properly now
The app seems not working properly after the recent update. I can’t book tickets online. What’s going on?
