Honest opinion

Walkers are still able to get 1-2 orders per hour but those orders are far away like 2-3 kilometres far on a hill and doing those we barely get paid enough can you change the online system with deliveries that are at close distance to walkers and deliveries On hills and steep areas to riders it will benefit the employees and the customers thank you also hope you can bring back the hourly pay

Deliveroo Rider Support System

Provide deliveroo riders quick support system so if there’s any problem for the rider even when he’s not getting orders, he still can get support either it’s due to payment or even when you’ve mistakenly tapped order complete and you don’t know the floor and stuff otherwise I’m giving this app a 5stars cus boost fee getting better

So often we got 2 orders at the same time sometimes same restaurant and sometimes different restaurants and need to deliver at different addresses we should able to choose which restaurant to pick and deliver first because for the rider is easier and can deliver quicker
