great app with some bugs

The videos sometimes fail to play and need to restart the app to fix it. This sometimes need a few times to fix it. Please fix it. It feels annoying if it happens so often. Additional information: I am using an iPad Air

Disappointed

Faced many issues when trying to sign up and watch my first movie projecting to my TV due to HDCP error. Tried downloading a movie and it got stuck forever at 91%... pause and resume didn't really work (it just said download failed). Even the subscribing experience was very sluggish and stuck spinning at step 3.

Overall the app and platform still seem fairly buggy. I don't really understand why such high rating on app store other than that those ratings were bought...

After the Disney blockbusters the content isn’t there

For a brand that seem to be everywhere. I don’t see the content to make this a household staple, for kids or adults. Netflix lacks a decent back catalogue of box office hit films but given Disney’s history they also seem to lack the back catalogue, that you’d think they would have. Maybe it’s licensing issues or maybe they made a lot of bland films for 70-80 years with far too few notable exceptions. I don’t believe this is worth the ongoing fee even with a 3 & 5 year old in the house.
