No response after opening the app…

There is no response after I click and open the app. I try to switch between different network (e.g. WIFI, mobile data) but still not able to load the app. I even try to delete the app and download again from App Store but still no luck. I’m now not able to submit any claims..

User-not-friendly

Has the developer ever noticed that user can never use Self Service function as there’s a bug? No matter how hard we try to click Self Service button (e.g. Change of Contact Info.), the page always turns to the My Policies?

God! You have updated your app in the past two years! I am really impatient to your app.

App won’t start and user interface bad

App does not open on iPhone X even after I’ve restarted the phone numerous times. Not user friendly, for example, it is very difficult to find the button to make a claim whilst other insurance companies’ apps have it easier.
