Best online shopping experience ever

Farfetch offers a great variety of products at the best price possible!! I enjoying shopping at Farfetch & hv already recommended it to my friends!!

I am extremely annoyed that almost each order I’ve made of late has had an item cancelled after I made the order or the wrong item sent to me..
The order I placed early on 12th December (2K3M8M) for Céline Black Trapeze tote which your system confirmed for delivery Dec 14th-18th, was cancelled late evening of 14th December - that is 2 full days after order was received!
Not only will I have to disappoint my daughter who I told she would receive the black bag she wished for, for Xmas, but because of your inefficient service, HK$15,000 of my credit card credit allowance will be held until you refund back to my card, which I have to max out to purchase another present online on time for Xmas. Very poor and probably one of the last times I’ll order from Farfetch, it’s too frustrating!

Dishonest company

Dishonest company, promote products at much lower price than the recommended retail price, once you place an order, farfetch cancels your order after a few days because of items are out of stock, however, those items with the exact sizes I ordered are still selling on the website but the price is much higher, around 40% higher.

At the end of Feb 2022, I saw some online advertisement promoting 20% off sales item and then 20% off full price items, therefore I made 4 orders from farfetch in the past 1.5 weeks. 3 ordered were cancelled. Reason of items being cancelled was out of stock, however when I clicked on the out of stock items, they are still in stock on farfetch at a much higher price.

Basically farfetch uses low price to lure customers to shop at farfetch then cancel the product at increase the price. This tactic is extremely dishonest.
