Bringing some (or a lot) of structure to your climbing is now easy. Build your training sessions once, then show up and execute. No more standing at the wall wondering what to do next — just open the app, hit start, and follow your plan. Flash Forward is for climbers who have a training plan — from a coach, a program, or their own system — and want a simple way to bring it to the gym and actually follow it. Build sessions from scratch or customize from a library of climbing-focused defaults. Both on and off the wall training, and also a broad index of strength, calisthenics, and flexibility exercises. Go as detailed as you want with sets, reps, load, rest times, and RPE — or keep it simple. It is the only app where you can create your own warm-up, strength, flexibility, on-the-wall training routines. Easy to combine different types of exercises and to keep your session structured from start to finish. Edit your reps, sets, load, or even change exercises while you're training. No stopping and restarting, just edit on the fly, based on how you feel that day. Train with purpose. Climb higher. Flash Forward.
