Pretentious attempt to appear more convenient.
Easy for simple GP claims submission, but every other claim requires a separate form to be printed out and filled in by the Doctors, which is not explained on the app. I spend most of my time speaking with the customer service on the chat, who are usually only 80% sure or give statements that say the claim will eventually be subjective to back office clearance, even after I provide all details on the consultation, medical condition and doctor information.
App won’t start and user interface bad
App does not open on iPhone X even after I’ve restarted the phone numerous times. Not user friendly, for example, it is very difficult to find the button to make a claim whilst other insurance companies’ apps have it easier.
Have to wait minutes to load each pages, even the home page. Worst app I’ve ever seen... quite shocking to release this.
