Philips GroomTribe app 4+

I’ve followed all the instructions, checked that my iPhone fits all criteria and compatibility, tried the options suggested in the support page and still unable to connect to the app. The homepage of my app only hv 3 tabs to choose from, no Bluetooth tab to connect to shaver. Hence unable to activate warranty when I cannot link to the app, also unable to fully utilise its functions of s, Xs etc

What to do? Need help!

Very poor!! I bought a new Philips shaver and it requires the app to operate. It’s fine, so I downloaded this app. However, it stated that I have jailbroke my iPhone and not allowing me to use the app. But I indeed have not jailbroke my iPhone, all other apps work smoothly but not with this!!

Cannot connect my shaver with iPhone 7 Plus. No use at all as iPhone 7 Plus cannot find the shaver to pair
