Used to be a great app, it is a great toothbrush

This app now crashes when I try to open it more than 80% of the time. It normally takes 3-4 attempts before I can get it to connect to my toothbrush, but this morning it failed to open 6 times consecutively and if fact never opened by the time I had finished cleaning my teeth.

I have the latest iPhone with the latest update to the OS and had restarted my iPhone this morning. Optically the start up sequence did not reach to the stage where the image of the woman came from background to foreground. Very disappointed

Should have started this years ago.

Yes, a bit of a regimen, chore...; however, teeth like never before, bleeding stopped— first time in years and an overall feel good factor. Yes, this is a great bit of body kit.

Some improvement needed

Overall the app is not, but it doesn’t consider the customers’ needed enough .
For me, I don’t have down front tooth, when the app ask me to clean up there, what can I do?
Please let us to customize our setting. To tell our tooth information to choose our personal want and need.
