These prices are for United States customers. Pricing in other countries may vary and actual charges may be converted to your local currency depending on the country of residence.
The subscription will automatically renew unless turned off in your iTunes Account Settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can go to your iTunes Account settings to manage your subscription and turn off auto-renew. Your iTunes Account will be charged when the purchase is confirmed. If you subscribe before your free trial ends, the rest of your free trial period will be forfeited as soon as your purchase is confirmed.

Headspace helps me start my day right!
I've tried several meditation apps and Headspace is by far the best one. It has a solid structure and framework, and meditations can be unguided or guided along different relevant themes your life is encountering at the moment. When I feel my mind is a bit unsettled, the guided meditations help me stay focused, and when I really just want to enjoy the silence there is the unguided one. The habit of meditation is difficult to begin and keep up. Mostly because its effects on your daily life are subtle and seen over time. But boy, what a difference 10-15mins sitting by yourself makes!
A brand new experience of meditation. It’s good to allow me to have a few minutes relaxing before going to sleep with Headspace. People living in metropolis usually suffered with lots of stress while most of them do not have the time to meet therapist, not to mention the expensive charge. Though I cannot guarantee it works on everyone but why not give it a try? Give yourself a few minutes a day, maybe just 5 minutes before sleep and follow the guidance of the app. At least I found this app helpful in improving my sleep and relieving stress.
