The app keeps switching the language from english to Chinese ! Although i set English and Hong Kong as my location / messages and and mails change to english/ spoken many time to a customer service about this but no result. Most annoying when traveling and you need support you can’t reach anyone by phone the chatbot is useless as well. From all booking apps i use this one is the worst , the loyalty program changes as well kind of messed up my account. still no improvement on language consistency ,
