poor assistance to customer
because of corona affects, my flight ticket was cancelled by airline and i cannot take my booking on that period. while i ask for helps by phone and by email. there was nothing helped me on refund or stay defer. thus, the CS staff requested me to provide passport to prove my nationality for hotel consideration of refund or defer schedule. nevertheless, just replied no find and closed cases after a month. i can’t get helps once any problem raised. staffs only stand on Hotel right and none of assistances to customer
Poor display of details
Once you have made a booking there is no way to see if you have already paid for the hotel or not, and no details about when you made the booking. The only way is to look up the hotel under the new booking page to see the payment details. Even so, the payment instructions on there are not clear enough as to when you need to make the full payment.
Rewards
Couldn’t get to the rewards page for a few months already, keep on getting the message “Sorry, something went wrong on our end”. Please fix it.
