My account has been blocked since 6/5/25. I called many times but not successful. Every time I wait for long time and I then could finally talk to some one who speak unclear English and as a result, my requests for unlock of my account, can not be successful. I went to your bank in Hong Kong seek for help. Your staff in HK verified my identity and call with me to your control department. After a lengthy verification. You people over the phone, told me that my account will be unlocked, I tried to transfer money to my son again yesterday but not successful. My son’ account has been blocked as well since 6/5/25. It is very inconvenient and frustrating.

Update and can’t change mobile app to new phone !

Was using my Samsung 7 phone for the HSBC Au mobile app and latest mobile app update didn’t support this phone anymore and when I tried to load the mobile app to a newer iPhone it said you got to go to the old mobile app to change device to the new phone ?! Help?! Why can’t HSBC AU give customers a notification to change device before they kick off an update that does not support older phones? now I cannot make an urgent payment for food . HSBC, Here your 1 star rating .
