doesn’t save gallery images/videos when changing devices
sandeep in HK
I’ve had this product for 4 years. At first app wouldn’t work, monitor wouldn’t change but the support was helpful. I’ve just got a new phone and non of the images and videos I had saved in the gallery transferred to my new device’s app. I’m distraught. A video of my son singing in his cot at 18m. Cuddles between brothers when they were fighting jet lag. Motorola please don’t let this happen to anyone else. 😖😖😖😖
