Could we please have the option to pay for ad removal? The game is great but the ad is really affecting the game experience. I don’t mind paying for the ad vids to be removed

I don’t want to demote your team’s work, I played this game from the beginning, but it is so sad to see the game quality is running down from time to time, it seems that your team is trying to work hard but cannot get the expected output. The game was released with different bugs in every release! The current release made the game running very slow, this is the trade of the new design? it is not worth as the old layout is running smooth! the display issued not fixed yet over two months! actually we should not angry as this is your product, we just a player! You push your company to the hell! hope you have a good future if you still running like this! good luck!

The bank notes disappeared for no reasons

I spent some money to buy the bank notes (green ticket ) in the game , yet , there are at least 4-6 pieces disappeared in the middle of the game.Another big problem I came across was the new area I had been built (which I bought the coins to make it happen faster), but then such new area closed again after a few days , and I have to spent tons of coins to rebuild the new area again !Feel like being cheated !
