The app works with god so if your gps is off so is the pedometer. I can see myself walking and the app is still not moving or counting steps. I suppose if you need something to push you harder this we be it. It’s nice to know the calorie count though.
Dear User, thanks a lot for your feedback! This is how StepsApp works in general:StepsApp uses your iPhone's built-in pedometer to track your steps. Just put it in your pocket and you should be fine. However, if you carry your iPhone in your handbag, backpack, or your baby buggy, the app might not be able to track your steps correctly. Likewise, when you go for a bike ride, your iPhone might misinterpret some of your pedal strokes as steps. This happens because pedometers calculate steps based on vibration patterns.Let us know if this helped. If you need further support, please contact us at feedback@stepsapp.io.Best regards,StepsApp Team
