I downloaded the app, enjoyed a lot. Wanted to upgrade for the unlimited plans, paid for it. Didn’t get the access, wrote an email to ask for help. Got a reply saying I need to restore and reopen. Tried everything still doesn’t work, write the follow up email again, never heard from them anymore. Cancel subscription. Rethink before you paid for the annual plan, they charge you one year, working or not they don’t care since they make their money already. Very disappointed!

I paid for some of the templates before. When I purchased the products, watermark was not there. After their recent updates, there will be watermarks for the products you have already purchased, unless you spay an extra subscription fee too!!!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! When I purchased the products I did not agree to that, and now what I have purchased permanently has been compromised. The company is TRICKING + FORCING customers to pay extra for something that they already bought. SCAMMERS!!!!
