This is a very disappointed and dissatisfied experience by downloading and making payment to Betterme App which made me believe this app is engaging in deceptive practices to lure users into repeatedly subscribing to different packages. Moreover, when I attempt to cancel their subscriptions, they are not able to fully cancel all of them, and often end up still being charged for other packages that I do not notice and no longer wish to use.The process of cancelling subscriptions is overly complicated and time-consuming, leading me to believe that your app is a genuine scam. It is unacceptable that your app is taking advantage of unsuspecting users and exploiting them for financial gain.I strongly urge everyone NOT TO DOWNLOAD this app to avoid misled into subscribing to packages you do not want or need.

I am so upset about that happened to me. And I have seen alot of people comment that they've been deceived like me.I subscribed for a month. Then I have unsubscribed form the app and also my Apple ID, they are not able to fully cancel witch is not user friendly at all. And till yesterday still charge me money. Since July 2023 till now, 7 months! Except first month and then they have charged me 6 months extra. Especially I just bought one plan and they have charged me more than one plan, which is my plan coast me usd$30.6 a month, after that usd$61.4 and $36.6 have been charged on August 2023. There have two billy on the next month? How come ? If $36.6 is for the plan then what are usd$61.4 for? This is unbelievable! And very expensive! I'm not just talking about August 2023, I am talking about the following months they doing the same tricks to scam my money.Seriously, if I didn't check my credit card bill I will never know it keep charging me money automatically. It's scam, I hope more people will be notice that. I just want my money back! The extra payment of you have been chared.

there are two kind of subscriptions - monthly and half year, but under what criteria better me charged me 6 months AUTOMATICALLY on the day 6th free trial???? term and conditions with numbers of page and the auto debit just as small as an ‘ant’, and it is not eye attention, no un-install button or delete account in the apps. never have this bad experience while using other fitness apps, are the apps developers laughing now ? i start a 7 days free trial on Sun but i received notifications on the sixth day Better Me debit a 6 months subscription Hk$328 from my bank account, i feel unhappy it did not notice us before the bank transfer and not eye catching on the auto debit conditions.

Since I downloaded this app for 3month. They deduct me twice once I subscribe it. And now I wanna cancel subscription but I can’t find any subscription about BetterMe app in my Apple ID. I tried my all afford to find the solution but fail. It is force me to terminate the deduction credit card and call card centre to stop payment. It is hard to cancel your subscription since you subscribed so please do not try to download and use this app. For the app review, it’s not useful for loss weight because the app will force you to pay more to have plan. I didn’t purchase more in app. It is cheating app.
