The grouping of similar photos is basically fine (though occasionally grouping photos of different scenes and different nos of people).While picking the best among a pack of similar photos is considered a subjective task, the suggestions of best photo made by the app are to be honest useless!Almost always the worst of the pack is selected, violating any general rules of picking best shots, like skipping photos of blurry faces, bodies being cut on edges, some of the faces (eyes) not seeing the camera! It looks like the app simply picks the shot of the earliest taken time as the best of the pack without analysing the content!The worst of all, Gemini charged me the first day of the subscription even though they committed a 3 day trial period in the app description!Filled a complaint to Apple Store!

I don’t understand why this app needs to send meta data to your servers? This app should run locally only.... if your are serious about privacy. Seems not. Only use this app if you are super lazy and rich as they are charging you to do something you can do free with a little effort and a little time. Don’t be lazy!! Go though your pics yourselves
