I have used Timeshifter since 2019 and it has completely changed how I handle long-haul travel. The app is based on the science of circadian rhythm adjustment and melatonin timing according to time zone changes.I follow the app’s advice very strictly, especially regarding when to seek or avoid light exposure. I even bought a blue-light eyewear device so I could continue light exposure during flights while everyone else was sleeping in darkness.The results have been remarkable. I now experience minimal jet lag even after long-haul flights, and I can usually resume work the next day functioning normally and efficiently. For frequent long-distance travellers, this app is absolutely worth it.
