Quality of footage, ease of setup, cloud storage option, alarm feature and very reasonable price. 5 out of 5. Use it to monitor my aging mom who livesw hundreds of miles away. Now I feel really close to her. I got the Tapo C500 cam. Super happy with this cam. Bonus feature is the Video Review feature where the system will generate a 1-minute video what transpired in 24 hours.

I have a ventilation fan which I wish it to turn on and off every 5 minutes. I know you guys can make this.... I would definitely a few more once u have this feature. Some mechanical device can achieve 15 minutes intervals, but I wish it to have 1-5 minutes intervals. I wish u guys can make this feature a reality. Thank you.
Tapo Apps Problem

Recently, I have a real problem with my Tapo cameras. The problems are including not able to connect with the Tapo Apps using my iPhone. The black screen came up or it took a long time to load the main page. Even when the main page appeared, I was unable to get access to my cameras. Most importantly, the Tapo Apps slow down the overall operation of my iPhone. The purpose of purchasing the cameras are to protect the safety of my families. I am very frustrated with the services and feel helpless lately. Is there any ways I can sort out these problems ASAP? Thank you
