I paid for the annual subscription in full, but in the first week of May the app suddenly stopped working completely. It now says my account is “linked to another App Store” – which makes no sense because I only have one Apple ID and one email address.I immediately contacted customer service. My first ticket was closed after a few days with no solution and I was told to open a new one. I did that on 14 May. Since then I’ve sent over 10 emails back and forth. They repeatedly asked me to reboot my iPhone, delete and reinstall the app, and turn on auto-update — even though I had already done all of that and sent screenshots and screen recordings proving it. It was obvious they weren’t even reading my replies because they kept asking for the exact same things again.The latest response was “we will refer this to our tech team” (after I had already waited two weeks), followed by an email telling me to update the app — which does absolutely nothing to fix the problem.It has now been months with still no solution and I am stuck paying for a full year of a service I cannot use. Extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. Save your money — this app and its support are not worth it.
