I tried the free trial before joining the subscription. The experience during the subscription isn’t good. Many bugs in the app and little help on pronouncing the right word. And I ended up frustrated. But anyway, thank you for the refund.

Frustrations

The online course is well structured each day. However, I don’t understand why I cannot take the lessons that I have missed on previous day. Things happen and your users may have 1000 reasons cannot take a lesson every day. You should allowed your paid users to take the missing lessons in order to catch up the progress. Please fix it this week or I will end subscription.There are some words I cannot pronounce it correctly and I couldn’t figure out why even I listened many times of the coach recordings. I feel frustrated and the app didn’t guide me anything but asking me to keep listening the coach recording.

Load times issue

Frustrating load times really hold this app back. While the features are decent, having to wait several minutes every time I open it is a major annoyance in daily use. The developers need to optimize performance - no one wants to stare at a loading screen multiple times a day.

The app doesn’t work, it kept on the logo page

The app is useful but it stuck at loading when I use mobile network unless I use WiFi connection. It makes me having really hard time to use the app outside of my home. I have tried using VPN and restore the app. The issue is still there. It has been 3 months… and I have subscribed for a year since then. I would like to have a refund for the the coming months
