I have an issue, I can’t download a video that I need to provide to the police. I paid for the year cloud storage. I tried to contact the support service, and asked to talk to a human being. I’ve been trying while it is within the working hours (I tried from 17:15 to now, 17:40 Beijing time), but no one is there. I absolutely need this video and I can’t let be deleted. The solutions provided by the ai are not helping, as I already did all the steps that were asked, and the bot is just repeating the same things in loops.
