My only request for improvement: please protect the losing team from losing stars during ranked when there are reported players who are verified to be trolling. It’s really unfair and a waste of time for serious climbers when we spend so an hour or more playing like 5 games, climbing then only to go back to the same rank and stars where we started from, just because of these trollers!Otherwise, this is really the best of all mobile games I’ve played. The smoothness, interface, innovation and cultural elements of the heroes are top notch. The gaming music is also very enjoyable. Thank you HOK team!

UNREASONABLE PENALTIES AND UNFAIRNESS TO HEALERS

they always give me penalty for something i didnt do, and theres no way to appeal i think all they do is that if the player reports them they will just give them the penalty and dont care if its real or not for example im stunned and cant move and the enemy kills me they report me for “deliberately getting yourself killed” and another thing is killing people doesn’t make you win its not fair to the healers and people who take down towers who work so hard to win only to get a 1.2 rating while the people who just go around killing people get 16.0 and make the game even longer what they should take account of is not only the amount of deaths and kills you have but also the people who contributed to the win, because people who just kill the enemies dont do much to contribute to the win the only thing that is good about them killing enemies is that when clearing towers no enemies are they to kill you or stop you. Im on the verge of deleting the app because of the unreasonable penalties if you are going to give someone a penalty check thoroughly because i know that they just give them the penalty because after the match you get the notice, and even if they put evidence it doesn’t mean that its real and one time i got a penalty for taking too long to choose my character and labeled it “toxic behaviour” the penalties really affect the game experience, please take this into account.

Very unfair and unbalanced gameplay

This isn’t a fair 5Vs5, it’s 1Vs5 and it is impossible to level-up because the game keeps matching you in teams with pathetic players who will abandon you to let you die by other opponents. Also, teammates rarely ever respond to calls for help and there are a lot of team mates who will die multiple times that makes your opponents level-up quickly making them impossible to defeat. Even if you report your teammates for not cooperating and for feeding your opponents’ team, it makes no difference because punishments and points deduction are punitive and you will still be matched with players who will make your rankings and levels drop. I tried for several days just to rank up and even after being a top MVP player with the most kills and assists, my rank and level keeps dropping because the game doesn’t protect you against your teammates who are feeding points to your opponents team by not cooperating or dying countless times that makes your opponents level-up ridiculously and no longer possible to defeat. A complete utter waste of time and incredible amounts of frustration.Also, I got given penalty and points reduction because of the connection issue and extreme lags on one match and now I am banned from Peak Tournaments.Whoever manages the policy of the game needs to grow braincells otherwise this game is just a big stressful waste of time.
