Good app

easy to use, the free one is good enough for most people

a problem that might not be possible to fix is that the battery doesn’t update when my beats are off

Paid and devices won’t sync

Paid the membership and turned on the background app refresh, the data just won’t sync in real time. Last updates was the time I first connect my devices. So disappointed and wasted money.

Theoretically the app and widget will refresh one time every 15~30 minutes according to the limitation of iOS, Apple won’t allow a higher refresh rate.
If you found your widget or app refresh far less frequently than that, there are a few things you could check:
1. Whether the low battery mode is on. Widgets won’t refresh when it’s on.
2. Whether Background App Refresh is enabled, for WLAN & Cellular
3. Make sure you are not force killing AllMyBatteries (i.e. don’t remove it from App Switcher screen)
4. Whether the main app is working, if it doesn’t update the battery level, so doesn’t the widget.
