Dear Sir / Madam The app is not working well when I am wearing Apple Watch to run. For example, I already run 2 km, the result just 1.km or lesser. I would like to know what happened.Looking forward to hearing from you Best,Jackie

Need more work on phone and watch

Generally speaking, the App is pretty good as a whole, like the ease of use, functions in website, etc. But couple of items can be improved1. Linkage between iPhone and Apple watch: if I start tracking with my watch, the App in iPhone doesn’t start so that no voice over, I can’t choose a route on watch run, I can’t add shoes nor save the run before adding a photo, etc. It’s actually quite odd to have different functions if I start tracking by phone and watch2. GPS tracking is not accurate, it’s always longer than the actual distance I run, given I’ve marked a route for a run already. The inaccuracy happens in phone and also watch 3. UI in watch has improved in v18.7.0, e.g. larger buttons, but still can be better like some data (heart rate) is way too small to read when I’m runningHope to see more improvements in the future version

Then I used a couple of accounts to login, but all failed!!! You wasted all my freakin’ time to investigate this app. This app is totally a TRASH! I’m very confused that why this TRASH can be launched in App Store and Google Play? It’s absolutely NOT acceptable for the app to be poor like that. This is the WORST app I have used before. All apps on my phone are perfect and work nicely. This TRASH must be deleted on my phone and must not be kept on my phone forever.

I have used the app since the retirement of Endomondo.It worked fine, up until the recent update. After the latest updated, the gps tracking of the Apple Watch series 3 with LTE, totally failed, it wasn’t accurate. 4 out of my last 4 runs, all of them failed to record my route with gps, as this is my running route for the last 4 years with the same watch, with only the app being updated was the only change happened, I can only conclude that it was the apps that fail.Pls look into it, thx
