As a Macau Resident, I would like to submit my request to ask for an improvement of the application because sadly, It can’t be used in Macao just because I don’t have a Chinese Identification Card. Macao is also part of China (in some way), then why they can’t accept the Macao Identity Card? It will be very convenient for us and also for all the tourists that came to visit and enjoy Macao’s beauty.

Wasting my time to get through the verification for the identity. I have no idea why Alipay has this international version as we cannot use it to pay if we don’t have Chinese bank cards or id. It doesn’t allow us to use foreign id to verify at all. If I do have Chinese id why wouldn’t I download the Chinese Alipay? Tried to talk to the customer service but they are completely useless. They even ask me to get friends or family in China to help to pay instead of using my Alipay account. I am not happy with the service

I know that these identification tasks are important but it is unessesary. I my self have a hard time paying things because I don’t have a visa or credit card my parent can give me money with their acc so why I need to use visa and credit card to pay properly

Not any information what does allypay do with your personal information and how safe is it. I guess works strong together with gov and share all your personal informations and transactions.
