I have learned many songs thanks to this app. Highly recommended! If they don’t have the song you want you can always ask for it and in a few weeks you might receive an email letting you know that they have it ready. Have been using it for a couple of years and it is always a reference for me.

Judging from other people’s reviews , it’s a great app . The thing is I never really used the app. I downloaded this app about a month ago but since you need a subscription to use it I deleted it.But one month later , which would be today my Apple pay suddenly deducted money from my acc , I was surprised as it is quite an amount of money , it’s two weeks of my lunch money (;´༎ຶٹ༎ຶ`)I never pressed on anything but I bought the one year subscription somehow Guess I’m forced to not eat lunch for two weeks and to use the app for a year now 😭😭😭😭😭(I searched on google and it saids there’s no refund so , I’m all of a sudden losing moe y over here ;/ )

Thank you for your feedback.We're sorry to hear about your expereince with the app.As you subscribed in our app on iPhone or iPad and made the purchase using your Apple ID, you need to request a refund through their means. We as developers, unfortunately, do not have any means to perform refunds for iOS transactions as the billing system is fully regulated by Apple and all the payments are processed on their side.
Great app, helpful though expensive

Been a happy user of UG for years, and find the official transcriptions very useful for going deeper into song detail. The pro plan is quite expensive for what it is, but overall this is a product I know I will be using for years to come

I complained that everytime I opened the APP they tried to upsell with advertisements and waste my time and all I wanted to do was to play my tabs, but they took my complaint seriously and now I can play without interruptions. Thank you team! Enjoying it.
