No immediate support and not convenient for small business

I have been using Shopify for a year, first of all, I want to say, if you need support from them, you will always need to get re-routed for sooo many times before you could even write them an email or start a live chat. The support page will always direct you to those preset FAQ, and even though you can’t find the answer that you want, the website will then redirect you to another FAQ section which is super annoying! They should just let customer to be able to get instant help and answers.Another biggest con is Shopify will just suddenly ask you to delete your listed products on your website and accused you for ‘Intellectual property or proprietary rights infringement’ without even conduct a thorough investigation first and provide any solid evidence or reasons. It is very ridiculous that we are actually an authorized retailer in our region. Therefore, if you decide to start up your business and sell products on via Shopify, I would highly recommend that you should avoid using Shopify!!!

Bugs in the latest update

I’ve been using Shopify for years. The latest update is horrible. Please check your bugs before making the user update to it. We cannot check our customer’s previous orders from the “all orders” tab. Lag and crash. The names are overlapping. It’s frustrating.
