All of my scanned doc were lost after updated to the latest version !!!!!I have used this app for years, no such problem happened. Is this a trick or something that forced us to pay for the cloud service ?!
Hi, we're very sorry for this bug. Fortunately, no data has been deleted, all documents were just hidden. It took us the weekend, but we were able to develop a newer version that restores all your documents. Please update your Genius Scan app to the v7.0.12 version. This never had anything to do with money, as all our customers were impacted. Again, we're very sorry for this inconvenience.
