It says cannot connect to servers and never opens. I am surely always connected to either Wi-Fi or a strong 4G network.

BMS has limitations to do single ticket cancellations when you book more tickets in one transaction,,, so it is clearly proving it’s restrictions in online booking.You should be having a choice to cancel any required amount of tickets when needed by customer. And it’s not related to pvr cancellation policy (as you say so) I can explain the option easily if can get a call from your end. Thanks
