A great magazine has just become much more accessible. I never wanted to throw my old copies away, and now I do not have to!
Poor subscription support

This was my first magazine app I had installed. After installation, despite the description saying the price includes the first issue, after selecting my first issue, it did not show any thing readable at first. Being my first newstand app, I wasn't sure what to do so I select the issue again. It counted that as an individual issue purchase so Apple charged me for the app as well as that same issue individually, so I ended up having paid twice for the same issue. Emails to Black and White only replied Apple handles all the purchases so there was nothing they could do for me. 4 emails to Apple has gotten zero reply! It was my fault to have double selected the same issue but I have since removed this app. Thank you.
