Need improvement on bookmarked places

The bookmarked places should be able to group in folders. I always used it for my oversea trips. It will be great if the bookmarked can be grouped by country/ category. Also, it is expected the ordering for bookmarks can be customized as well.

Paid map but T&C changed after

I paid the map year's ago whereas they did not say any download limit but one day they changed the T&C and telling you that your old purchase only liable 3 downloads per year, want unlimited download, pay more. This is a bad selling approach. Nevermind, out there are tons of free apps like HERE WeGo, Google Map, Apple Map offering free map and good performance. You Sygic keep asking money by this kind ridiculous approach until no one use it.Also, the Cantones Chinese (Hong Kong) voice instructions are not in natural manner, although you still understand, it needs improvement. This was reported at least 7 years ago but you guy just ignore, this is another reason I give 1 star.A long long term user.

I am using Pionneer AVJ-Z9150BT, I found that it always get stuck on carplay. Compared with google map, apple map, waze map and automavi, all of them can be stability function on my Pioneer. The stuck of your product only happened on CarPlay, and it can exactly function on phone. On the other hand, when I switch on the screen and to prepare to switch off the the apps. I found that your apps are still running on my phone at the back. Because I have phone a heat and seen that the apps are still working.

First up 1 star because the app badges, push notifications and general harassment to buy a upgrade I don’t want. I already have premium. I already have most the useful addons. Now leave me alone!CarPlay. While the execution of the in car component is okay, the app does crash from time to time but the worst bit is the phone is unavailable for entry of addresses etc. This is really annoying when I travel with my passenger and ask them to input those bits or look at route options.

Now leave me alone!CarPlay. While the execution of the in car component is okay, the app does crash from time to time but the worst bit is the phone is unavailable for entry of addresses etc. This is really annoying when I travel with my passenger and ask them to input those bits or look at route options.
