I am writing to formally request a refund for an unauthorized charge made to my credit card on October 19, 2025, amounting to US$228. I had previously subscribed to your service for one year and had already canceled my subscription well before the renewal period. I double-checked my Apple account, and it clearly shows that the subscription for your app has been successfully canceled. Despite this, your system has still charged my credit card without authorization. This charge is both unexpected and unreasonable, as I did not consent to any further payments after canceling the subscription.
