It's like a good app, but the problem with it is: 1. You can't open it with Google Drive, where all of our files are mostly there. They're making it "coming soon," but it's not come for like a month. 2. It's like really expensive for like a middle schooler or even like a high schooler because no parent wants to pay almost $900 in Hong Kong for an app to make us study. We can do it ourselves, but we just want to make it cheaper. If you could make it like $200-$300, that would be absolutely awesome! This would make your app blow up because you're going to be cheaper, and when you get cheaper, you get more interactions. More interactions mean you get basically the same or even more money, so it's like a better trick.So what I think about this app is it's great for like really wealthy students who want like really good grades, but if you're already a smart student, you just want to upgrade your level. This is not something you're going to pay for, so I suggest you guys make the price lower and the Google Drive thing is fine. I mean, that's not the biggest problem here. You can also make like not an ultra subscription; you can make a lower tier so you can keep the ultra and you can make like an essential or like a go where it's going to be so easy. You can just make it for like a small amount of money but per month you get less requests for like podcasts and like calls with Kai and stuff like that.

Knowt is a very helpful tool for making flash cards. It’s helped me memorise important information for my subjects such as Biology and Chemistry. Moreover, I am able to use it anywhere which means I can study even when I’m on a train or even when I’m walking home. I also want to emphasise how great the customer service is. I recently had some issue with Knowt so I contacted the support desk and they were able to resolve the issue quickly within a day or two (which I think is really impressive). So if the person who had to deal with my issue is reading this, thank you so much!! :))) (even though they probably won’t see this)

Since this morning morning whenever I added a new flash card, the app opens a black screen video which I have to get rid of by hitting the cross
