Addictive game but worst support ever

Nice game to play, but issues occurred quite frequently, like finishing tasks without receiving any rewards, the chest is forced opened but the energy I got is way less than what I received. I asked the team to support, but they just tell you everything is totally fine, not trying to help at all. I have experienced this for so many times and problem still unsolved.

Game is ok but ads of gardenscape or homescape is annoying, seem to be endless, cross button does not show up after waiting for 30 seconds. Need to close the game to end the ad, then reward of watching the app was not given.

Max 100 energy is bad

The accumulated energy is just 100, it can’t fulfill even one order. For example, to make a cheese , it’s already needed 150 energy. I paid for the energy last time, but now I won’t pay for it anymore, not worth and wasting money . Even paying for buying energy, it’s too difficult to complete one order.
