I’m being charged twice on the golden pass on the same day, trying to get support everywhere but NO ONE ever response! I tried refund in App Store-get rejected! I tried the game in app support, game support email alias, game web support portal, providing screenshoot of the App Store purchase history, credit card statement, but still cannot get any refund! It is a small amount of money, but that is mine! Give me my MONEY back! Update: I got your email, I’ve trying to contact support in the game for a week but no one ever response! So don’t ask me to use the in app support again!
