He was impatient and disgusted with my requests, so I asked him what happened and why he changed my photo like that. He didn't respond. I then asked for his name to file a complaint, at which point he told me that several customer service representatives would help him, and then they blocked my access. I later realized that I might have been too demanding and made him impatient, so I apologized to him. After that, they began abusing their power to block my access, and their attitude made me feel extremely ashamed. I tried to find ways to resolve this issue, but no staff member has been able to help me. I hope the relevant authorities can help me.
