I signed up for the free trial on the 29th yet the confirmation email said 28th and the subscription charged me a day earlier when I was going to cancel it. Emailed support for a few times and didn’t get a response. Tried using the app since I didn’t get a respond for a refund, and the subscription isn’t recognized or working and continue to ask me to upgrade to pro. This is unacceptable.
