Deceptive Subscription Practices and Violation of App Store Terms

1. Hidden Cancellation Mechanism: The app encourages users to subscribe to a "Weekly VIP" via external payment methods However, there is no "Cancel Subscription" button within the app interface, nor is there a functioning link to manage subscriptions. 2. Deceptive Developer Responses: In the App Store ratings section, the developer repeatedly claims that the app "does not support automatic payment deductions." This is a blatant lie. My billing history and the AlipayHK agreement clearly show recurring weekly charges of $4.99 to $7.99. 3. Ignoring Cancellation Requests: Many users, including myself, have reported that even after deleting the account or sending feedback as instructed by the developer, the automatic deductions continue. I have officially requested a cancellation via email but have received no confirmation. This app is intentionally trapping users in a payment loop by bypassing Apple's subscription management and providing false information. I request Apple to investigate this developer for scamming users.

It auto deducts money and there is no options or button in the app to provide cancellation, once subscribe, there is no other options apart from keep on paying. The developer is very strange that there is no payment history shown in the app or in the Apple account.Your company should feedback user the path to cancel instead of mentioning will contact use from your app feedback within 72 hours and need to show customer payment history in app instead of making excuses that no payment history is found when customer requests for refund.

It auto deducts money and there is no options or button in the app to provide cancellation, once subscribe, there is no other options apart from keep on paying. I subscribed to your weekly plan and later tried to unsubscribe. But it’s impossible to do so because the subscription doesn’t appear on Apple subscription setting, making it in impossible to cancel it.I have already contact Apple regarding this issue. Any legitimate subscription surface ship provide a transparent and easy accessible cancellation method. The fact that many people cannot cancel the subscription themselves easily or in a usual way is concerning. This practice is deceptive and misleading!
