PaceBar is a quiet menu-bar instrument that helps you notice when your work pace is rising before it derails a focused session. PaceBar estimates session load from on-device interaction signals, then turns that into a simple 0-100 gauge, recent trend, load history, focus-time readout, and practical prompts. Features: - Menu-bar session load gauge with Calm, Steady, and High bands - Load history with 24-hour, 7-day, and 14-day views - Focus time and app-switching readouts - Adaptive baseline that learns your normal working rhythm over time - Quick check-ins that personalize the estimate locally - Gentle visual or sound nudges when a session gets heavy - Configurable monitoring, alert mode, launch at login, and local history clearing - Private by construction: no account, no telemetry, and no cloud processing PaceBar does not record typed text, messages, documents, window titles, or screen contents. Activity history and interaction signals stay on your device. PaceBar estimates interaction intensity and workflow fragmentation. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
