Kounts Dose is a private, beautifully simple medication tracker. Add your medicines in under two minutes, get gentle reminders at the right times, log a dose with one tap, and see exactly how many days of supply you have left — with a heads-up before you run out.
PRIVATE BY DEFAULT • Everything stays on your iPhone. No account, no ads, no data collection. • Optional iCloud sync stores data only in your private iCloud — never on our servers.

ONE PURCHASE UNLOCKS EVERYTHING The core app is free with one medicine. No subscription required — and if you'd rather pay as you go, there's an optional $1.99 monthly plan. Dose Plus — a single one-time purchase — unlocks unlimited medicines, the full scheduler, widgets, iCloud sync, and history export.

Step-down tapers, a live card on your Lock Screen, and Siri.
• TAPERS — enter a plan like "4 tablets for 5 days, then 3, then 2" and Kounts Dose works out the reminders, the finish date and how much supply you'll need.
• ON YOUR LOCK SCREEN — a live card appears as each dose comes due, with a Take button. Free for everyone.
• "HEY SIRI, LOG MY DOSE" — plus the Action Button, the Shortcuts app and a new Control Centre control.
• WIDGETS ARE NOW FREE — the Next dose and Today widgets show what's coming for everyone. One-tap logging from a widget stays part of Dose Plus.
• 14 DAYS OF DOSE PLUS on every new install. When it ends, nothing is deleted — your medicines and their history stay exactly where they are.
