Hi! Everyone has to stick to the community guidelines! But most times your photo will be rejected for a piece of text in the background! Send us a message at review@pure.app and we will help you figure it out

Hi! After your message, we're ready to drop everything and take a vacation, because the goal has been achieved: you're happy = so we're happy. But we'll stay & work hard to continue making Pure even better :) Thank you!

Hi!Thanks for your feedback! Sorry you didn't like the idea of paid subscriptions :-( Indeed, the access to girlies' ads is paid yet you can save some time (and not only) instead while communicating, right?;-)We're working hard to make the app increasingly more attractive and full of new features. Please send an email to our Support team so that we can find a way to improve your impression and of course answer all your questions and address all your queries if you have any;-)In case you don't feel like paying for a subscription, follow us on Instagram and participate in giveaway contests to get a subscription for free ;-)We're looking forward to your email at feedback@pure.app.Have a nice day!

Hey! Scammers, fakes and bots are the worst, and we’re doing everything to keep them off Pure. Here’s how we’re keeping things safe and sound:- Our algorithms sniff out dodgy behaviour and give you a heads-up if needed.- Screenshots? Don't sweat, they're completely disabled. Your profile stays your business. - Chats and content go poof — gone forever — if one of you deletes the conversation.- Rule-breakers? Banned for life. No second chances.- Every profile is legit — ask for a True Photo to check, or hop on a video call to be sure.Pro tips for staying safe:- Keep your explicit pics faceless (no visible tattoos, or unique features.).- Turn on Safety Signal. It generates a private link with your real-time location and your match’s profile photo. You can send this link to a trusted person. To keep things transparent, your match will also be notified that you’ve activated Safety Signal.- Use self-destructing photos/videos.- Feeling iffy about someone? Report them in the app — we’ll handle it.You don't need to buy any extra features to enjoy Pure. Your subscription already includes everything you need to chat. Just wait for a mutual like, and you can start the conversation, no extra purchase required.Still got questions? Ping us at review@pure.app. We’ve got your back!
