Missing Foil Linetype option, please fix it. Thanks😭

No, to be honest. I think its difficult to understand, and it also keeps changing, and upgrading and adding stuff, for which I think its excellent to be doing that, but I never seem to catch up…. however, I am 62 years old…. So no computer apps are easy for me. I love the concept and think that the cricket is an amazing tool, which is why I purchased it, but the computer side is such a deterrent for me, so I don’t use it much….. is there any way you can offer a course for the slow and old learners, that is simple, step by step and straightforward… even a manual would really help. I have to scroll through countless you tube videos to find anything, and it takes time to find someone who explains it clearly with close ups, that does not go too fast, or waffle on and waste my time! Yes, you know what I am talking about!!!!! Id love to do loads more with the cricket, but design space is the hiccup for me.

Since updating to the newest version, the app has become completely unusable on my iphone and ipad.Not only is it unable to detect my device, but virtually all other functions are also non-operational. Whenever I attempt to use any feature, the app remains in a perpetual "loading" state.I am paying a significant monthly subscription fee for this service, and currently, it is completely inaccessible. This is unacceptable.Furthermore, after reviewing the comments section, it is clear that I am not the only user experiencing these issues. Many others are reporting the same problems.I demand to know when the developers intend to address and resolve these critical issues. I expect a prompt and effective solution to restore the app to its previous functionality. If this is not resolved quickly, I will be forced to consider canceling my subscription and seeking alternative solutions.Please provide an immediate update on the progress of the bug fixes and an estimated timeframe for resolution.

（Update on 19 Aug: I tried the method suggested by the developer to re-pair the machine, but it still cannot connect on iPad and iPhone. The email address provided by the developer seems to be invalid.)I’ve really enjoyed using my Cricut Maker with both my iPad and iPhone over the past few years. It’s always been reliable and easy to use. However, after installing the latest version of the Design Space app, I can no longer connect to my machine at all from my mobile devices.I’ve tried reinstalling the app, restarting both the devices and the machine, but nothing helps. Oddly, it still works fine when I connect it to my MacBook using the desktop app, so it seems like the issue is specific to the current mobile version.I hope this can be addressed soon in a future update — I’d really love to continue working from my iPad like I used to.
