Hey there surgeons! In this update, we’ve made a few minor changes to the game to make it less buggy, more stable, and much more reliable. - Updated screenshots - Recording and sharing video is no longer supported - the video program we used for this made a number of changes to their software that meant it wouldn’t work with our game, so rather than annoying you with bugs, we switched it off. - There was an Issue where a screen pop-up displayed when it shouldn't when you booted up the game. Hello folks! We’ve made an update to make your operations that little bit better and hopefully make Bob a bit more comfortable. In this latest update we have: Fixed the ‘Vworrrp Vworrrp’ achievement so that it can now be completed! Fixed that pesky hammer in the tutorial so it will no longer get stuck off screen!

- Trimmer tool no longer crashes the eye and teeth transplant. The eyebrows and moustache of your dreams are just a clip away! - You'll need to get your upgrade on if you're an iOS 6 user - the game now supports iOS 7+.

THE TRUTH IS OUT THERE……but until then, you’ll have to keep yourself occupied with this little alien autopsy update! - In one NEW level, our (un)lucky patient Bob has disappeared on a well-deserved vacation, and in his place is Gworb, our friendly interplanetary visitor. - Alien Gworb has six impossible-to-pronounce organs that you’ll need to replace in order to patch him up and send him on his way. - Six new transplants means six new achievements to send us ‘it’s too hard’ feedback about. - iPad 3 owners - put down your device and do a happy dance. Not like that….more movement in the hips. That’s better! Why are you dancing? Because we’ve improved performance on iPad 3. SMOOTHER. FASTER. - We've added multiple languages support for those who want a crash-course on surgery in foreign countries. Bob is still called 'Bob' globally, though. - We now save your achievements locally so they don't go travelling without saying goodbye in case you're not logged in to Game Center. - The 'Time Lord' achievement is now a thing, in that it actually works. We had to use a sonic screwdriver to fix that one. - Fixed the laziness of some objects that were not moving as they should. - Herobrine added. - You no longer crash by restarting when you've stabbed yourself dizzy with the syringe. In other words, it no longer crashes if you try to cheat your way out of a tight spot. - Fixed other small bugs that only happened to you and you alone, so we won't list them here for all to see as that would be a waste of space and poor use of limited characters who are all too easily abused by those who write version summary updates these days, days which are definitely not as sunny as they should be and make way too many people depressed especially if they're given the job of writing version changes updates with the least possible use of space.
