I played this game for 9 years, and pay real money and earned in game currency. This is why I’m frustrated as the game support team did not care about customers. I previously did a wrong purchase due to misleading screen design, and made a ticket to the support for rectifying the purchase, but the support said no way as I’m buying a game asset through auction. In fact this is somewhat a way of selling in-game asset, and the policy did not say purchase through auction cannot be rectified. After several dialogues with such support (that wasted a lot of my time), I asked to escalate this case to the game administration. What the response I received from the support is that “they are the administration”, and they warn me that “I will receive a limit of sending further tickets”. This is irresponsible and makes me feel hopeless. I will not purchase anything from this game any more and this bad experience could in fact stopping me to grind my time / life with is game.
