good fame for hackers
There’s to little do given when winning a battle especially at higher tears you’ll be grinding for days just to get to t 8 or 9 and that’s if your decent if your bad but you somehow got to t 7 or 8 you’ll be grinding for ages it just gets annoying to play the game and also there is a point in time for noobs when you spend all of your sliver and gold and this is if you don’t want to spend money where you are in a losing streak and get stuck with not having money to buy ammo and other things so your ded in the water and you either wait a few days so you can get free crates or use money which is bs also the servers in Asia are pretty bad BRING BACK SPACE FORCE ITS THE BEST

Good game but claps sometime

This is a good game. You can have fun while not paying real money. One problem is it claps from time to time. Sometimes when it needs update there is notification, but sometimes it claps and I have to download the game again and reinstall it. Hope this part will get fixed. For the weekly clan reward, please extend the claim deadline to Monday night at local time. I live in Hong Kong. It seems the deadline for claiming previous week is in the evening on Monday. Sometimes I missed it and it is frustrating. Please consider extend the deadline to midnight on Monday local time. One more thing, I accidentally made a mistake by pressing complaint button in the player assessment after a game. I tried to change it, but nothing works. Please allow changing of assessment after the thumb button is pressed. I really feel guilty for complaining someone by mistake. Pls fix this soon.

Disappointing Support Services

I played this game for 9 years, and pay real money and earned in game currency. This is why I’m frustrated as the game support team did not care about customers. I previously did a wrong purchase due to misleading screen design, and made a ticket to the support for rectifying the purchase, but the support said no way as I’m buying a game asset through auction. In fact this is somewhat a way of selling in-game asset, and the policy did not say purchase through auction cannot be rectified. After several dialogues with such support (that wasted a lot of my time), I asked to escalate this case to the game administration. What the response I received from the support is that “they are the administration”, and they warn me that “I will receive a limit of sending further tickets”. This is irresponsible and makes me feel hopeless. I will not purchase anything from this game any more and this bad experience could in fact stopping me to grind my time / life with is game.
